hey dude, thank you for taking time to do this. I've used a few of for videos to learn stuff. when you go back through each section slowly with tabs, would you please use a metronome so we have a better understanding of where the beats fall? it would help guys like me a lot, you know, the guys that are pretty terrible at guitar (even though we've played obsessively for almost 20 years)

For me I thought the end was going to be the hardest part and it ended up being the easiest. By just watching zacky vengeance and synyster Gates play this I was blown away but now I know what they're doing it's not as impressive, which is good for me cuz now I can play it 🤘🏻... It really makes me not be that guy that says no I can't play that cuz I can't tell you how many times I've said that and then I learned the song .

Jackson Blevins my mind and soul and passion, all wants to learn that solo but I cant do the speedy parts! I have a terrible problem or in other words, a very bad habit that I cant overcome. I have been playing for 3 years now but only recently I noticed that the reason I cant get speedy is because I only move my thumb when I pick.. wrist just stays straight. I'm trying to change that.. but cant get the idea right. and obviously you cant play much faster with your thumb only. it has its limitation so there it is. my big depressing answer hehe XD

Lol,I'm not trying to be a know it all but try out different techniques see what help, practice in a clean tone and gradually add distortion, also, if you want, palm mute the fast scale part (lightly) and see if that helps
