Nice going on the "New player' video. Back in 2012'ish, the Great Bowling Tournament in Reno; I had a room at the Dune's Hotel and Casino.I was wonderful at Craps - but lost $1000 every day for the start of my week there. Then I followed your "Plan" (back to the Future'ish) and got all my money back in one day. I got better after that with my own new plan, and up Ten K+. Needless to say, my last 3 days in Reno I was in the hospital. Apparently someone was not happy and took back their (my) money. I learned a great lesson: "Always keep a low profile if you are winning." Thanks again.

Can you place odds bets on the don't pass line?
@lesbolstad3 жыл бұрын
Yes! It's calling laying the odds and your bet is "opposite" of placing the odds. On 6/8 $12 pays $10; 5/9 $15 pays $10; 4/10 $10 pays $5. It's also an even money bet- casino has no advantage and is best bet in casino. However, you may bet some dirty looks from other players because you are generally betting against most others. It's called "playing the dark side".

What size bankroll do you recommend for this strategy? I'm completely new, have only played in my head.
@claytron30003 жыл бұрын
For a $5-$15 table, I’d recommend $200 as a standard. It’s a good amount to slow pay and see how the shooters on the table are faring. With a larger amount, you’re apt to make a silly bet in order to recoup your (small) losses, thus multiplying your mistake. At $200, you can cut bait at $100 if you feel intimidated at the table.

Place bets you can ask dealer to return to you anytime. Pass line bet is a contract bet, once you make the bet it has to stay until win or lose. But if puck says “off” you are between games, can take your pass line bet and leave

Just got back from a stay at the Resorts World Hilton Casino. Around 2 o'clock this morning I went down to the casino floor and found a quiet table with just one other player. We went around the table until a couple other players joined in. I then started rolling, and after however long, I had made the ATS not only once, but twice...on just my rolling. I made some people a lot of money. How often does that happen that someone hits the ATS twice on their roll?

i have enjoyed many of your vids. Thanks! Question for you. All of your instruction and teaching and testing is solid. But I have yet to hear your take on how much power over the house's edge controlled dice rolling could offer. I never see you use it. Does this mean you don't think it works? Other posts brag like " 35+ dice rolls", etc.
@ColorUp3 жыл бұрын
If players could control the dice. Casinos would change rules or remove game. They will not allow players to have an edge. In blackjack if you are suspected to have an edge by counting cards, they ban you from casino. casino allows dice control, therefore I’m pretty skeptical it changes the edge. I stick to math of game, and let others talk about advantage play.

@@ColorUp Appreciate your quick response. I've watched the Bone Thrower videos and that guy throw 20+ times without a seven. There must be some advantage (it wouldn't take much) in setting and gripping the dice just right?? If you get the time, it would be nice to see you test this sometime.

I'm heading to Vegas in 9 days. What do you think is the best strategy to play on the craps table? Which craps table do you like best between the crapless and let's say a regular table?
@Adambikesrochester3 жыл бұрын
Play the regular game. Crapless has some fun aspects, but it's a way more profitable game for the casino than the original. I usually buy in for $1000. I avoid the passline and choose to place the point for $50 or $60 (mathematically in a 3-4-5 odds game, you're better off doing that. If you can find a 5x or better table, then play pass with max odds - just have the bankroll for it). I'll also place the 6 and 8 for $60 each and if either one of them win, I regress them both down to $18 each to lock up $34. If the shooter makes their point, I regress my $50 wager to $15. After they make 1 point, I play the Don't pass and lay full single odds while keeping my place bets up and working. If they make the second point, I'll play the Don't again and lay full 3x odds. Very few shooters make 3 points. You can check out Jeremy's other videos for different strategies, but I've found this one works well for me.

@ColorUp3 жыл бұрын
I like to have enough for 10 shooters. So if I’m only going to make 1 $10 bet per shooter that’s $100. If you do a strategy like $44 on the inside numbers you would need $440, so base it off how you think you will play per shooter

@jimklemens50183 жыл бұрын
What is your betting strategy?
@ColorUp3 жыл бұрын
I like to have enough for 10 shooters. So if you just bet the 6/8 for $18 each $36 total. I would take $360. If your strategy involves more money than increase accordingly. The theory behind that is giving yourself 10 shooters and hopefully one has a good roll to make up for the rest.
