on the interlude, you can get a lot more tonal fun by playing the open versions of F&C...When you play the f, start with only the e & B barre at 1, then hammer on the G & D, and it leaves you in a nice spot for some of the little licks and passing tones Neil plays. Maybe not the LP version, but it has a very sweet sound, esp. the hammer on open F Chord. Great Lesson, i didn't know the pinky tricks in the opening. i improved something similar, but i like yours far and away better. Thank You, -trout

This sounds just like the song. Other video instructions on how to play don't hit the mark like this one. Also, you did a very detailed job of sectioning off parts of the song so it can be played as close to the original as possible!

Is there an exercise I can do to strengthen my fingers so I'm able to play the bar cords? I had a bad auto accident in 2011 and don't have the strength to hold everything down so it doesn't sound flat.

tennis ball squeezing works well along with holding your fret hand out flat, palms down. Then pull your index finger as straight up as possible, then wiggle the other fingers for 10 seconds. Repeat for each finger. Then putting your right hand between each finger junction, and stretch apart, hold for 10 seconds and repeat, then get back to squeezing the tennis ball, holding the squeeze as long as you can, release slowly, then do it in pairs...index and middle squeeze, middle and ring, ring and pinky(tough one, but pays off). What you have done is worked to make your fingers stronger, and pliable so you can also play upper extension stretch chords. Your hands will feel more powerful the very first time, because this also has another benefit. It brings more blood and circulation to your hands. Always helped me. i know they sell devices to strengthen your fingers, and hell, maybe they're better, but the tennis ball works of me...and you can usually find them free...people tend to just leave them laying about at tennis courts, but even a can of them is cheaper than a "guitar finger exerciser."

Pretty sure you are playing a Csus2 in the intro not C sharp yet you call it a C sharp ? Is that correct?

Yeh mate, they should call it how it sounds in standard tuning rather than how it looks. Still well done though 👍

Yes its a Csus2 not C# as he says, and the E that follows the F chord should be an E7
