So I tried this today. I must say, AMAZING results after diamond plate tool box had been sitting under a tree for 10 years !! Really works and works as described in the video. You don't need to rub hard or for a long time. Chemical warfare is the way to go. Highly recommend and thanks for posting this solution to old oxidized tool boxes.

I have a 10 year old toyhauler and for the 4 years that I have owned it I have tried anything and everything to get the diamond plate looking new again. I have never seen anything like this product. It works better than the video or any pictures that someone could post.

Don't use power tools with pads, just do it by hand with microfiber towels, and don't push real hard, just wipe it around until it turns black, then use a clean towel to wipe it off. Don't let it dry on your metal before you wipe it off. Works great! 👍

I tried Mothers mag and aluminum polish to make the running boards shine again but after 3 hours on both sides of using that stuff they still look fucked up. Would this make the aluminum running boards look new again?

can that be used on aluminum wheels? I have welds wheel on my 4x4. unfortunately I live close to the beach in hawaii and after years of being exposed to the salt water sir my wheels have turned from a mirror finish to a dull white color, iv tried other aluminum polish (mothers. etc) I cant get it back to the mirror finish like before.. will this product help me get my wheels back to the mirror finish like before?

I know exactly what you have, since I run 15x14 weld scorpios on my toyota pickup. The best way to get your wheels to shine back is wet sanding. Wash the wheels first obviously. You have to take the wheels down to bare metal. Basically you will need superior aluminum brightner they sell it by the gallon from oreillys. 1000 grit sand paper, 1200 grit sand paper, 1500 grit sandpaper, 2000 grit sandpaper, 2500 grit sand paper if you can find it, and 3000 grit for finishing. Keeping the sand paper wet is a a must. basicallly spray the aluminum brightner (straight aluminum brightner do not delute the product) on for 20-30 secs hose off. Then start wet sanding like you would polish your wheels. all the way around the wheel with 1000 keep water on at at times. Next, go through all the sand papers after that, the aluminum is gonna be dull as hell as you have cut all the old polish oxidation and wax thats causing a shine not to appear through. So you need to get a polish called www.intimidatorpolish.com/where_tofind_indimidator.html select your state to find the nearest location and polish them like 5-10 times with it and use a microfiber towel this shit is amazing. Make sure you get the green thou theres blue and green just ask them when you order it. Then wash them with soap and water which helps save you work. Then reaply again (the intimidator), then once a shine starts appearing. Then go on amazon and order polishes called adams #1 and adams #2 polish this works wonders. Anyways if you have any questions email me @ [e-mail] now california purple works great dont get me wrong but its not good on welds, billet specialitys, or really high forged wheels. It works good on toolboxes, and really course aluminum. Wouldn't recommend on weld 15 inch wheels. Oh another thing make sure you always use microfiber towels they work wonders. List of materials: Superior Aluminum Brightner from oreillys like 10 bucks MIcrofiber towels from Sams Club if you have one, they are cheaper but good quality and you get more for your money. Adams Aluminum Polish #1 & #2 20 bucks and i think shipping is a little but its worth it i promise you. Intimidator Polish (Green Course) like 3M 1000 Grit to 3000 Grit sandpaper you can get all the sand papers 2 sheets of each for like 20 bucks. Water Lol Dawn Dish Soap

this stuff isn't worth the money if u have aluminum deck plating that has been neglected for awile u can get the same result from other products .this stuff works but is not as easy as this video says it is.it takes alot of the deoxidizer just to do a Lil section because the metal absorbs it so fast so do ya math on how much u want to spend because this product can be costly.i work on the tugg boats where we Polish aluminum deck plates doors etc. and have tried this product and it does work but is quite expensive for use on big projects so with that being said if you're budget allows u to do it then yea it a gd product but you still gona do the process the same way as you would if u used mothers or another kind of polishing product.it is not a just wipe this on and rub this on and wipe process.way more time is gona be involved than what this video makes it out to be.
