We don’t flow them. Only test on the dyno.

I did the 1/8" hole method. Only i didn't put enough head bolts in at the time and my holes ended up like a 32nd off, so i couldn't use the peg holes for alignment. I think i got it, though.

So what if the head wasn't already gasket matched? What if you want to match the existing port?

What you would have to do, is take a blank gasket and make the pattern from the head. We do it all the time.

Hey do you ever have to trim the bolt holes on the gasket if they are a bit off. When I line up the port perfect to the gasket a few bolt holes look off.

Yes, all the time. I usually take an X-Acto knife and trim the holes.
