A question do you premix with the catalytic converter on or without the catalytic converter?

You can do it with or without cats. Your cats will burn it off anyway! Use good premix! Also the engine is already premixed with the oil from the sump. It’s called the oil metering pump. So technically you’re already “premixing” this is just added protection to your seals and better sealing for compression and combustion.
