For the chocolate truffles you will need:
226g 80% Cocoa Chocolate (use best quality you can find)
2/3 cup (160ml) Vegan Coconut Cream (use double cream for non vegans)
1 Tablespoon vegan spread (use unsalted butter for non vegans) softened to room temperature
1 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
Toppings: Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, Sprinkles, Crushed Pistachios

In the Celtic Wheel of the year, generally speaking February festivals are celebrating leaving the long nights of December/January, and entering the threshold of spring, where the world is beginning to awaken from dormancy. Dinner parties with lots of candles to celebrate the emerging light, food to stimulate the palate (aka chocolate!), and flowers...it's so enjoyable from this perspective, no matter what. I preferred Valentines Day when I was a kid not for the fact I am single. I am blissfully single not woefully single. But when you are a kid it seemed more of showing mutual respect for people in your life whereas as soon as you become a teenager or young adult like, who got a Valentines Day gift and who didn't, got to have a fancy dinner, or play in the sheets.

Blissfully single here and will be treating myself for Valentine's day! Love the book and will most likely order one. My truffles have a hazelnut wrapped in the center with edible gold flakes on the outside. So pretty! The melon ball thingy is just that, A Mellon baller! Happy Valentine's Day everyone!

I loved this video as always. I have not made truffles in several years. I do miss them. I imagine you narrating books Nicholas. If ever you do any audio book, a self biography, anything… I would be running to get it. Your dinner looked lovely. I could watch you folding napkins or setting tables all day long and never be bored! I would love a video on more decoupage, making an English breakfast, (I know you don’t have breakfast yourself really), but it can be a brunch, and perhaps a video on top 10+ essentials in life for anything or kitchen, bathroom etc.

I iron my table cloths. After, I fold them once or twice lengthwise and hand them on pant hangers with clips. They stay increased and ready to use at any time!

Glad you demonstrated making truffles. They sound like something that could be intimidating to prepare but they really aren’t. The Secrets of Pistoulet intrigues me. My plans for Valentine’s Day consist of making Red Velvet coffee at breakfast and then making heart shaped sugar cookies which I’ll frost and decorate with assorted sprinkles.

I have been alone for 21 years , since my soul mate passed. Valentines day never makes me sad. I treat myself to something sweet and buy myself a little bouquet for my small silver little pitcher. My market sells a single ,quite large slice of cheesecake that has been dipped in dark chocolate on the end, and has one chocolate dipped strawberry on the side!
