That is so simple but smart at the same time . Fennel fronds gives a nice aftertaste. Fennel itself can be used to make a seafood soup

This is what my family wants as a 2021 Thanksgiving dinner. Got 2 Coho’s. I’m using your recipe. Thank-you so much for making this video. I will most likely use a Wood Pellet Stove at 350 degrees just to add a touch of wood flavor. Again, Thanks.

I hate when people filet their fish. The best flavor comes from the full fish, skin intact. Tastes much better. But then again, westerners aren't known for their cuisine
