A place is never too small for a hot pot! You can just grill the meat beforehand, serve the pot will veggies already simmering, and serve the meat on everyone's plate :)

Hi! For this version, we like to keep it simple with just water to start, and then we let the meat, veggies, and sauce develop the broth. For other hot pots, we like to start with a dashi stock!
