Hi Kwankyewaa👋 I love your channel! I made this jollof just after Christmas and it was delicious. My husband and three children loved it, so much that tomorrow, Good Friday, is my son's birthday and he has requested this for his 'lockdown birthday meal' 😊😍🥳 I've started preparing and the vegetables are in the oven as I type! It looked so beautiful. Anyway, I wish you and your beautiful family a great Easter Holiday!

I think I may have found a recipe for one of the best jollof I have ever tasted. I made some this evening, all I can say is wow!! The flavours was something else. I consider myself a decent cook generally but it goes to show you can always learn new things and improve. Roasting the onions, tomatoes and peppers elevated the stew to a whole new level. Most of us know that for decent jollof, it’s all about the base stew and this stew was on point. The only change I made was using a lot less oil, 30ml was plenty. Keep up the good work sis, you have yourself a new subbie.

I really enjoyed watching your videos. And I made your recipe for Shrimp Fried Rice. And I don't want to criticize, but in your ingredient lists, sometimes an item or two is omitted. Or the description or amount is vague or not included. And (perhaps because I am not from Ghana) I really need written instructions to guide me through the recipe. I have never even heard of most of your dishes, or seen them except in your videos. So I guess I need extra help to recreate them. Thank you so much for sharing your food & culture with us. I look forward to trying many more of your creations. 😍😉😁
