Kind of sounds to me that you're implying that we don't have to take any responsibility for our health because God, will take care of everything. Well not so, he gave that responsibility to us when he gave us free will.
@ismailabdelirada9073 Жыл бұрын
Both of you are right. Free will is perhaps our greatest gift from Allah, but when we begin to sense that we are misusing it, He is always there to guide us back to the straight path. We have only to ask.

Dr Mandel, over this past year , you've helped me more than you can imagine, Thank you very much ❤. Now though, my potassium levels are high, which more than likely is kidney disease. Now what mixture do you have for that . I was eating sweet potatoes and all the superfoods , ie, beets, chia seeds and your drink for the morning phlegm. The drink with cloves and garlic, I add lemon and honey. I did have a white mass and my lung is diseased and the dr at the hospital actually sent me a letter to say all was cleared up . I was over the moon to hear this . Over the last 2 years I've been getting Haemophilus influenza, recurring bouts . Sadly the drs just kept giving more antibiotics, to try get shot of the haemophilus from my lung but it's not moving , I was doing all I could to help myself, before this happened with my potassium level. I have even went to hospital on numerous occasions to be sent home again as the tests come back saying , it's either influenza A or B..my main point here is the potassium is in lots of foods especially the keto diet, not that I follow any diets , I just noticed the similarities between the foods . I don't eat sugar or Marge or butter. I've never eating butter or Margarine. Now with hi potassium levels that is my kidneys. I'm not a doctor though , just the patient. More plaque could you move that with cinnamon?. I get more information from yourself than I do my own drs , I believe them to be totally negligent in my case , but I would never sue my dr I've known him too long , ever since he first started out as a dr. I know our NHS is being forced into changes and tptb want everyone to go private and that just isn't feasible for most in the uk . I wish we had a dr like you . Who is honest and cares enough you make videos. Thank you once again . Stay Golden #justthoughts #Sharing.

The Wiccans called sugar "The White Death"... The more I learn, the more I'm inclined to believe. Sugar is also terribly addictive and a very hard habit to break. I struggled just as much with cutting sugar as I did with cutting uppers. I'm not exaggerating in this either... Great message, Thankyou Doc!! 😊

A doctor not long ago told me that studies were done, they concluded that sugar is more addictive than cocaine...I believe it. I've struggled relentlessly with a sugar addiction for so many years. I'll be 54 on Sunday, I'm obese, but thankfully I don't suffer from any heart issues, accept for severe osteoarthritis in both knees, which is so painful ☹️ starting physical therapy back up soon so that's a blessing.

Hello Dr Mandel, my diet has been high in sugar for at least 30yrs (loved sugar from as far back as I can remember, clubbed and socialised a lot in my 20s so put away vast amounts of alcohol), but I have recently stopped smoking and no longer crave for sweet things as my palate has changed. Is there a danger to suddenly stopping smoking and having a high intake of sugar? Plus working from home since 2020, my life has become more sedentary. I have expressed fear of blood clotting to my GP who tells me not to worry (the same GP who took 26yrs to diagnose me with stage 4 endometriosis so you can imagine how I feel about any advice provded by them....)! Thanks in Advance Dr Alan Mandel 😇🥰🤗

Since I accepted Islam in 2014, I've been steadily trimming away vices, including dietary ones. But I still have one that's really hard to break, even though my wife has successfully freed herself from it and in this case sets me a good example: I still put sugar in my chai -- and this is a daily thing because we habitually eat at a local Pakistani restaurant. Because our nocent bystanders have nearly choked off our access to safe drinking water since July, 2021, chai is now a necessary means of hydration. And because some of our NBs make a practice of ensuring that our chai will be polluted with bleach fumes, I still rely on sugar to make the tea more palatable. :-( Please pray for us. Dehydration is no fun, even though I know it is a trial from Allah.
