Cocoa and Shea Butter with Collagen & Elastin were my go to's and I still got crazy stretch marks 😩 was told to thank my genes 🤦🏻‍♀️

Yeah there really isn't anything you can do to prevent stretch marks outside of not gain weight or get pregnant. It's mainly based on genetics and also how many kids you've had. Like a woman on her first pregnancy is less likely to get stretch marks compared to a woman who is on her second or more pregnancy. But again that doesn't guarantee anything.

Collagen is amazing, especially the peptide powders that are out. Cocoa and She Butter are good but the are sealants not moisturizers so, they have have some hydration under them for them to work how they should. But genes play a role as well. Try Microneedling if you are interested in post partum treatment, it amazing for stretch marks ! 🧡🧡🧡🧡

Congratulations!!! I did all the tips and tricks and still ended up with them. The genetics argument is Bull. My mom has not one stretch mark after having 5 kids. I got 5 laser treatments for them and never went back for my last one. Then got pregnant with my second😂 I will say it helped the appearance and deepness of them. So the second time around I didn’t get anymore.

Yeah genetics can be wack lol Lasers are amazing for helping with stretch marks, my favorite way to treat post partum is Microneedling. I love some good collagen stimulation!

The best best thing I bought after tons and tons of recommendations, advice and trial was Mutha body butter. I had a stretch mark coming around 20 wks and I started using at it left I got it on subscription and i applied it daily best decision ever my stomach is back to flat and no a mark in sight.
