I’m telling you, the Nikkia Joy finishing powder is lit!! I am so in love with this stuff!! I bought the pressed powder and when it was halfway gone, I ordered another one! Because I cannot live without this stuff! After watching this video, I think I need the loose powder also! I have combination skin (oily forehead, very dry and some hyperpigmentation under my eyes and around my mouth and chin) and I live in a very dry climate. Do you have any recommendations on face oil, eye & face moisturizer and primer and setting spray? I’m trying to search everywhere and I haven’t found anything that fits my sensitive skin needs… TIA!

I’d like to know how to lift a droopy eye using make up or eyeliner. My left sides eye shape is slightly droopy, tear through and I’ve got volume loss on my left cheek - so I struggle to line up the two sides of my face. The make up technique I use works so well on the right side - it’s literally picture perfect but the left doesn’t do very well with the same technique. I can’t figure out how to lift my left eye and cheek as it always looks dragged down when I use liquid eyeliner and my tear through stands out etc xxxxx
@nikkiajoy2 жыл бұрын
Hi babe! I can definitely give you some tips to try! My first advice would be do the eye that’s more difficult first! I would not use a liquid eyeliner and opt for a kohl or powder to create your line. It’s not as harsh and can blend it out a bit to manipulate the shape of the eye. I would also use a tape, tape the side of the eye to create a wing and I lightly dust a darker shadows along that tape line and it lifts the eye well!! I hope some of these work for you 🥰🥰🥰🥰

How do I incorporate the Biossance and exfoliate in with my trentinon?
@nikkiajoy2 жыл бұрын
I would exfoliate once a week to once a fortnight with trentinon lovely! Keep in mind that trentinon is a very powerful ingredient and it will be making your skin turn itself over at a faster rate so exfoliate your skin with caution as you don’t want to strip your skin and impair your barrier ♥️♥️♥️
@claudiame2 жыл бұрын
Hi Nikkia, I've got a concern re. daily exfoliating product usage. Isn't this harming your skin and not leaving your skin time to heal? Or is that Dermalogica a gentle exfoliator meant for daily use? 🤔 I exfoliate no more than 2x per week as some dermatologist suggest is the best not to harm your skin. I would like to hear your opinion based on your experience as well. Thanks.
@nikkiajoy2 жыл бұрын
Hi Claudia!! Great question!! Dermalogica daily microfoliant, as it’s name suggest, is completely fine for daily use as it is very very mild. If you were using a scrub or a chemical exfoliant, you are correct a maximum of 2 times a week. We definitely do not want to over exfoliate the skin, as it will disrupt our acid mantle and impair our barrier. But the dermalogica one is designed for safe daily use and if you are using you wouldn’t need to add an additional exfoliant in 🥰🥰🥰

@nikkiajoy2 жыл бұрын
I love banana bright! Dermalogica power firm is also a nice one too! And a little tip apply your eye cream around your lip lines too 🙌 usually fine lines around the eyes begin as dehydration lines and then obviously when we age they become lines that are due to the skin aging! So keeping the skin nice and hydrated will help to diminish those lines around our eyes 🥰🥰🥰🥰
