198! First time since 2015 I’ve been at this weight class. Gotta make the cut tho

@@BrendanTietz my first meet was at 220, and I did your season 4 fusion program and dropped all the way down to 190. Going to compete in 198 in October. Also started a new job at the same time and it fueled the weight loss. Having money issues right now due to some crazy things going on, so I'm running your season 3 power program for my prep that I ran a few months ago and it's going great 👍
