@Elena Salvatore You can always find an Irish or Scottish tutor. It’s not an obsession. For many people living in the USA or working with Americans it’s a necessity. It’s not only you learn how to pronounce it right (American way) but also to understand what another person is actually saying. You can easily find examples of the same word pronounced by people from different regions and it’s not always obvious what they are saying. As for the linguamarina - she has a course that you’re paying for, it’s not free. So one may assume that she is actually qualified to teach. If she weren’t pretending as a pro, nobody would care. It is fraud what she’s doing. Trump or any other American president or other public figure isn’t a good example of a qualified esl teacher. Would you trust a math teacher who makes mistakes in math?
