Honestly, I only use water maybe a quarter of the time and only for stuff that's really stuck. Usually I can scrape most of it away. A good tip is also to not use fancy paper towels like Bounty that leave fuzzies, I get the cheaper generic double rolls from Target that work great.

Looks like rust on your outer front side on the right. You might want to take care of it before it spreads
