That's a big reason i was dealing drugs and getting arrested in my teens. Now, I have 3 children at 35, and i'm on my why to being a chemical engineer. I have smoked cigars my whole life. I occasionally inhale about a quarter to half a drag. On smaller cigars this is fine. But anything over about the size of a Gurkha and inhale is a no go. To start for cigars go for a Romeo Juliet Gurkha or a mini. Try it out then branch out. Slaughter house makes excellent smokes!

@@LegitLord2000 Cigars are different from cigarettes. First off it's larger and unfiltered so actually inhaling is like trying to inhale smoke in a burning building. You will choke. Second, Cigar tobacco has different flavors based on what it's made of, where it's from, and how it was prepared. Some cigars are peppery, some are sweet, some are chocolatey, or creamy. If you want to experience the full flavor of a cigar, you can hold the smoke in your mouth, but inhale through your nose. You can then exhale the smoke from your mouth and you will taste the cigar's flavor more deeply. Lastly, even though you're keeping the smoke in your mouth only, you'll still get the buzz from the cigar, especially, the longer you smoke it. Enjoying a cigar with your fav alcoholic beverage can be a good complimentary experience.

I never ever cut the top. With a sharp toothpick I punch 3 holes and that's all. The cap is intact, no tobacco on my lips or in my mouth. Also, small draws and ALWAYS retrohale.

Some ash, but not a lot. Leaving too much ash can extinguish the cigar. And now you're relighting. That can waste a good bit and give you that burning wood fire taste until you clear it.

With torches make sure you light them at a 45° angle. Butane can ruin the flavor.

Cheap butane might, but any regular quality butane will be fine as it evaporates at room temperature. You mainly do it an an angle as it is less likely to burn it, which will definitely ruin the flavor.

Compared to a cigarette, cigars are much much larger and most important - unfiltered. Inhaling cigar smoke is like trying to inhale smoke from a burning building. You will choke. Cigars are also a longer smoke times than a cigarette. They usually take 60-90 minutes to finish. And by the end of the cigar you will feel the nicotine buzz. Not to mention most people who smoke cigars also drink alcohol with it.

You do get the nicotine from cigars. It's absorbed through the soft tissue in your mouth. If you inhale it's too harsh, harmful, and too much nicotine, usually making you sick.

Wood matches work best. Otherwise, you are overtorching the tobacco with lighters, plus the fuel taste will ruin a cigar Strike the match, give it a second to burn of the tip, and then when it starts to burn the wood light, your cigar rotate and puff
