I experienced COVID that lasted a good 12 days. At first, I believed I was ok until I began to notice a loss of more hair than usual. Following some research, I am realizing it’s from the stress my body had during that time and also due to the shampoo that I was using. So I began doing meditation, yoga daily and changed my shampoo and conditioner to littleextraa cooconion anti hair fall kit. And now i dont face any hairfall. Thanks for this video! I was having hair fall problem prior to using Cocoonioon shampoo, however after using it, hair fall reduced to a great extent. However, it doesn’t add much shine. You will experience frizziness after using, for which you can use any conditioner.

Coconut oil, cator oil, 1 vit E capsule (the ratio you mentioned will be the same). Just give a try di. I have hypothyroidism and hairloss is one of the biggest symptoms. But since I start using it twice a week before shampoo, I haven't faced hairfall at all. Love you a lot ❤️

@@shreetomakundu2932 yes of course. It'll be great if you use 2 3 drops of tea tree oil instead of vitamin E. Castor oil works the best on oily scalp I also have oily scalp

Really informative video.. hope you do more of these kind. Can certain hair products cause premature graying of hair? My husband and I use wishcare rice water shampoo, minimalist hair serum and occasionally 90 day miracle hair oil and we have noticed significant graying of hair.. but unfortunately I am unable to find which product is causing it? oiling is for everyone. choose the right oil. avoid coconut oil for your scalp, try seasme and almond mix.

Use a better shampoo. Maybe a professional one. And wash your scalp properly. Focus on it. Then you won't need to wash it every other day. I also have oily scalp and it used to get greasy just after 2day of washing. But I started washing it more thoroughly and focused on the scalp. Now I can go for 3-4 days without washing. And don't oil your scalp too much if you already have oily scalp. Keep the scalp clean. And yes, washing hair very often will damage them. And don't listen to influencers too much. Better to watch dermat videos or people who are trained in haircare professionally
