Great content! Hell yeah Jonny! My warm up for years has been grabbing 15lb dumbbells and 30 reps curls then side laterals. Next, 3 sets push-ups 20-25reps, 1st set on my knees, superset with 15-20 reps assisted pull ups. Once done I'm warm, pumped, shoulder girdles are warm. This also allows me to assess my strength that day so I know what weight to start with for my working sets. I'm 42. Started training when I was 13. I stretch after the workout while doing abs.
