Intelligence is mostly interest. If you are highly interested in something you will become an expert overtime without even feeling like you worked hard because you love it. People who do well in grade school identify with being the smart "school" person. And love portraying that character. They get high dopamine hits from being the nerd in school. And then you have the real freaks that are highly genetic. These people just genetically have way more memory and access to memory. They can learn something once and remember it for the rest of their lives to the T. If you are a normal person who wants to be super successful at something then you need to find your passion and develop passion.
@mrknarf4438

@@chrono8233 I'd say success, becoming a world expert in something is mostly interest and dedication over time. But intelligence, the ability to understand concepts quickly and make connections between ideas, that's something else, and both genetics and training it play their part.

I have to eat 3,000+ calories a day to maintain this weight. It's been a long journey, but I can honestly say that the results are apparent now. Thanks for the wisdom coach. 18:32 is a game changer for me, as a track sprinter and soccer player, the only times i feel motivated to lift is when I'm in my sports seasons, Both sports are heavily cardio based so when mixed in with weight lifting, I've only gotten stronger without looking stronger besides minor gains. I also dont sleep or eat enough which definitely contributes to my lack of progress. I actually lost motivation this 2020 quarentine when after 3 months from the beginning of april to the end of july I did 8-10ish hours of heavy lifting and 15 hours of carido from biking that I only gained half an inch in size on my arms (only muscle group i measured). That crushed me and i stopped biking and lifting. Its now September 22, 2020 and this was the video I needed. Its grind time now baby Thanks Coach Greg

Greg, I really enjoy your videos. Your girlfriend is hilarious. I love when your cat walks all over you while you’re ranting. Your videos are informative and entertaining. I’m 5’3” and 105lb. I think I look good, but you’ve inspired me to go from couch to training like a pussy. Bless your soul.
