Thanks for the tip! If anything good has come out of this self-isolation, it's that my knees are getting time to recover from all those poorly executed drop techniques I've been doing lol

Hi Matt I've been following your videos for years and I'm a long time Judo player practitioner. I had my first ACL tear a year ago including surgery. Any general tips on playing it safe going forward? I have not been back to the dojo since recovery. Part of that has to do with the COVID-19 crisis but I'm also worried of re-injury. Much respect to you and keep up the great work

just take it easy mate and dont get into judo too early. I had 13 whole months off judo to ensure that my knee was strong enough. but sometimes your mental strength needs 15 months to recover., Don't forget to subscribe as i am posting new Judo videos every Monday

Doing seoi this way will it stop damage from knees or will dropping still damage it after some time?

I think if you don’t drop you will never have knee problems So try and do standing seoi
