Yes they are small and short. About a half inch and the ones for the top are just a tad bit longer than those

Start at the bottom. The uneven piece goes at the top.

Yes because this video was actually like an afterthought. But I will be buying another one and I will be doing a more thorough and in depth video because this is too vague, this item is one that didn't come with instructions for many people.

Just grab the pieces and put them together and leave the longest,uneven, part for the top. All the pieces except that one are the same size. You are over thinking it lol. It's super easy. Use the pic on the box as your guide. Good luck

Me too,it's not us though lol it's all those dang pieces. The storage closet I did had over 100 poles,so unnecessary. I didnt even use them all. One tip is to just grab them and put them together and then you will see how they go. Don't be afraid.
