How to Quantize Drums Using Studio One

Great video I’ve just set up my percussion section. I’m using an avatar sample pad with a Yamaha kick pedal. I’m not typically a drummer I feel like I can keep a rhythm pretty good, so will the quantizing work just fine with that. Also still learning about the 16th notes etc. but I was just curious would that work at the same way thank you great video Eric.

The quantizing works by by aligning it to whatever direction you set. For example 16th notes.

Thank you for the info. Would you happen to know if theres any software/daw that would automatically quantize a whole song? Instead of parts at a time

Hey! You can quantize audio in studio one. It does a pretty good job aligning things but you have to go back and check just to make sure everything‘s where it should be.
