*I wasn't financial free until my 40’s and I’m still in my 40’s, bought my third house already, earn on a monthly through passive income, and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone's that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start TODAY regardless your age INVEST and change your future! Investing in the financial market is a grand choice I made.*

The wisest thing that should be on everyone mind currently should be to invest in different streams of income that doesn't depend on government paycheck, especially with the current economic crisis around the world. This is still a time to invest in Stocks, Forex and Digital currencies.

People dismiss the importance of advisors until they are burned by their own emotions. I remember a couple of summers ago, following my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to assist my business stay alive, so I looked for qualified consultants and came across someone with the highest qualifications. He has helped me raise my reserve from $275k to $850k, despite inflation.

Investing with an expert is the best strategy for beginners and busy investors, as most failures and losses in investment usually happen when you invest without proper guidance. I'm speaking from experience.

19:53 somebody else doing this is a validation that there is a business and money and more importantly people want this …in there lives. In a coaching session about choosing my niche I was telling the coach that your content and another individuals content majorly inspire me and that kinda stuff is my thing - I am in my 40s and have faced major identity shifts bc of what life has brought my way. Their words were no choose something different bc those people (you and this other women) are huge and there’s no space for you. I know better. Thanks Mel for always being so inspiring. There’s enough room for all of us!

Mel, what would you tell someone who is seriously depressed but wants a change, and doesn't have any clue what to do? I'm going on a year of being reclusive after loosing my dad to suicide but had to hit the ground running to figure out what to do about my mom w alzheimer's since she no longer has a caretaker. I've got Like zero ideas. I'm on a second career (catering biz 13 years, then went into real estate, but i hate sales and feel like a fraud!) I'm in therapy, but still lost and a hot mess, and want to run away. I desperately want to find a calling, not just a job or new career.

PS it sounds to me like you have an amazing story. It could help a lot of people hear what you've been through. I spiraled after my grandfather died and then no justice. I had an existential breakdown and it's been 3 yrs. I am stuck in 2019. Doing ecommerce and trying etsy and trying this and that and seeing what sticks. Even reading a lot can make you an expert.
@goodpony1971
@goodpony1971 Күн бұрын
@@GeminiTwinning thank you for saying that and I'm sorry to hear about your experience after your grandfather's passing. Yes I also had serious injustice and had to go through six months of costly attorney bills, then court to get my mother's power of attorney reinstated after my step sisters came after me. I have learned a lot about the Alzheimer's journey, mental health, depression, ptsd, Rockbottom fatigue, insomnia, fibromyalgia, dark night of the soul, etc., etc. lol it is just stupid but goes on and on. Sometimes I fantasize about just being a waitress, but I would not be going from getting a fat check for 30 K to $300 and would live in poverty. I'm working on my poverty /lack mentality actually, but it goes deeper bc i married "the wrong guy" who's an alcoholic in recovery and i basically have to support him and raise our daughter and do everything. there's not a lot of room left over for what "i want". but i'm seeing that also is just an illusion snd an excuse for my fear of failure or inability to dream. Geez, what DID i used to like to do?! Honestly i'm just a happy person to begin with, with a lot of impossible things to deal with that make no sense to me. I can be happy sitting on the side of a road, cracking peanuts, waiting for a bus, but once there is obligation involved i'm immediately reminded of how trapped i feel.

You don't need to find the next NVDA to succeed in investing. Just choose top-notch ETFs and partner with a financial advisor like I did. I turned $100k into $53,000 in annual dividends-a significant milestone for me today.

Mel, if we are being real like I know you always are. Example, when you got your nails done at a certain nail salon, I met her. She told me because you said you went there publicly, ske was getting crazy business. If I made something or did something....let's say I made a bag, you carried it and mentioned it we all know I'm going to sell a bunch. You need a few well-known people to say they use a product and all of a sudden everyone wants it. These people all have a degree. A pharmacist and an accountant make great money.

Happened to me too. I'm usually listening while I drive, so I thought I hit the wrong button when trying to skip the ads, but then it happened again. Super disappointing, and if I may be blunt - annoying enough for me to stop listening altogether. We get an hour in with an abrupt cut to an entirely different topic, and zero conclusion to EITHER of the topics. Byeeeeee. 👎

I am still self employed today even after being bankrupted by the high court. Today theres a lot more informational stuff available for free. I will gladly pay a successful business owner an hour of their time to ask them how they started in businesses but the criteria will be that you needed to have started in business and been successful in it without debt and that includes being supported by your family, because you still used OPM to create your business. Each to their own. Podcasters need to stop hiding the truth. If you brought your own house well your probably have a mortgage on it. It requires a whole different mindset to bootstrap and run a business on only the income it makes as opposed to using OPM but I can be done. Being in debt creates more restrictions than staying in a bad job. But most people have been brainwashed by society and the banking sectors into believing they are being successful when the reality is they are still trapped. I will die first before I ever get into debt again. And my “market” of who I want to see content from is 57, female and single and debt free and with a low IQ.

I don’t understand her editing. Why does she jump from one person to another? I do t like the sudden jolt. Why not hang out with that woman she was interviewing or, if she feels she must make a transition, then do a private pivot to the listeners, weird.
