Thanks for the video and help a lot! I changed in a good way, i am more optimistic less coward, taking my responsibilities on work more, reading a lot about self development and human psychology. I am not that codependent any more and i believe in myself more. This is the point that he would decide to be back for himself. I think he has trust issues and i am strong enough to point that out. He needs to be resolved and open up about his hurt and fears. I need to be rely on myself not a person who needs someone to rely on. Then we should find a balance for that. I am applying personal development improvements in my life and have accepted the breakup. I had debilitating beliefs of unworthiness and negative thoughts that manifested in pushing my ex away so it happened - he left me. If and when contact is regenerated 21 days or more down the track, how can I prove to my ex that I can be trusted? He fears my wrathful outbursts, says I don’t listen, says I don’t accept the truth and won’t integrate what I’m told when he tells me truth. I am not that person anymore. I am no longer angry. In one perspective, my anger was a protector of things I had compromised or let slide under the rug. Yet some of my anger was a reflection of my unhappiness inside. How would I go about demonstrating to him that I have techniques for dealing with my anger, should it arise again, and that I will never hurt him again like that? He can easily see that I can move on and have an awesome life but how can he ever get to know that I can be trustworthy again in our home? How would I demonstrate that my intentions and behavior will be to uplift him rather than break him down? He knows that generally I’m a good hearted person and I’m liked by everyone throughout our community, always trying to be a better person. I just failed him miserably and he’s suffering great hurt. The damage is deep, on top of his father dying this week. How can I demonstrate I can be trusted with his heart again, with his presence in my day to day life, and to not flare up with upset and anger?

You prove to *yourself* first that you are a truly changed person in this way. When you get to that place of true acceptance that you have changed, you will slowly realize that it is immaterial whether he sees it or not. True self change requires no validation. You will just exude a different energy whether he sees you or not. He will have to be open to seeing this change in you *first*, before you can prove anything to him *directly* ... He will have to reach out to you out of genuine curiosity. But he needs space and time to get to that place first. And that's where your patience and respect for him truly comes in. If you truly have changed, you will stop trying to control the situation and allow him all the time to heal and come to you first.

When I starting feelings for her, I start to watch your videos on whatever comes up recommend and it some how hits the exact feelings I'm having.
