@@UNIQUEGrills I just changed my timing chains, phasers, oil pump, crankshaft, rod and main bearings, but I didn’t change the pick up tube seal and it’s giving me low oil pressure.🤦🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️ i reused the old pick up tube seal so I have to drop the oil pan and change the pick up tube!!! My oil pressure is at about 5 psi and the lowest spec is 10 psi. I BOUGHT THE CAR FOR $2000 with rod knock. It’s a 2010 Camaro.

@@UNIQUEGrills ok thank you bro!!! I had been letting my wife drive it up the street to work and back until I can get to it this week. You think I will end up damaging the crankshaft again? I probably need to stop her from driving it until I can change the seal right??? Do you think the seal is what’s giving me that much low oil pressure?
@UNIQUEGrills Жыл бұрын
@@papergatorzfedducca7998 you can start with seal. But you need to stop driving it for sure. You can damage everything.

I got question, intake valve spring is taller than exhausted valve spring right?
@allegedlystock30332 жыл бұрын
Was this on a stock motor? Would you not recommend reusing valve/springs and retainers on modified cars that will be driven harder?
@UNIQUEGrills2 жыл бұрын
Bone stock. Only recommend to modify springs and retainers if you use big aftermarket cams.
