Hi Leah, thank you for this video! I am still struggling with report and finding my own way of taking it. I have been shown how to print the handoff report and have tried using different brain sheets. I think I'll try your method and see how that goes. I need to get something down and stay consistent because I keep switching it up, which isn't helping me. It would be nice if you could do a video solely on Epic and how you look up your patients and how you navigate. I'm lost on there.
