Indeed only exists for big companies quotas me and many apply to the job offers on there and get ghosted 95% of the time.

What techniques do you use to tell if a potential candidate is authorized to work in the US? Seems like I’m wasting a lot of time doing intake calls just to find out they won’t work out. If I could figure it out before reaching out to them I’ll save so much time

It’s hard to tell based on their resume so yeah it happens to the best of us. You can make a good judgement call based on their school and past companies they worked at.

You need to get to the point and teach people how to post a hiring job on indeed
