I just jumped into this video of yours and the previous video was the one you recorded in 2019 dude one thing that I found common in all your videos and appreciable about you is... You always stick to the basic frame. Also whenever you're up you're there with all your strict "research" which makes you much different from other fitness coaches. I've been watching other videos on this "how to shred" I found you to be the first here in our space to provide really simple but effective ways. You actually "educate" your audience and that's what we teens want as you said in one of your videos that "gone are the days when people ran behind the diet plans and dieticians" I totally agree! Bcz we don't want someone to just pounce upon and point out "eat this or you'll die". Dude this is really fulfilling. You know what Ranveer bro. you are actually doing a lot for us. Because if we go out for reading it is more likely for us to read four books and conclude that the first one was informative and the rest scrap but what you do is provide skimmed but healthy stuff. So i'm not good at counting calories and stuff, but i checked , my maintanance calories are around 3.3k and the diet i am currently doing is Breakfast : 2 Slices of brawn bread 3 egg whites with one yolk omelet and green tea with 4-5 grapes and a small apple Lunch : i eat a normal- big ish serving of a veggie salad without any oil based dressing and some lemon juice Dinner: Half of a Chicken breast, grilled without any fat applied some salt and black pepper and garlic snacks : Apples mostly.. Point out my mistakes, any help will be appreciated .. thanks (Y)

Sadia Tariq i ate thrice and sometimes 4 times a day...i used to take 3 eggs with our desi tea no sugar with swetner and cream topping...in main meal i used to hav broast or steamed chiken or sometimes tikka with butter or cheese in diner i used to hav some green vegies like latic mushroms cabbage spinach alongside red meat either cooked with desi masalas or tikka again...thats it u wont feel hunger excpt for the frst wek and cravings too

Hi, I have a doubt regarding something you said. You said that when we do heavy workout with muscle damage, when the muscle gets built up again calories are consumed and fat is burned as well for 2-3 days. If this is true, that would imply gaining muscle mass would lead to reduction in fat, but it is not possible to gain muscle mass alone without gaining a small amount of fat and vice versa.. Please explain this.
