I sometimes tell myself I only need to work out for 10 minutes. Then if I want to stop I can. I've never stopped. There's something about getting through that first 10 minutes that keeps me going. ❤Great video 🎉😊

I was actually discussing this with my therapist yesterday. I find really hard to resort to comfort eating instead of exercise to cope with stress and anxiety
