Your are correct, I'm new to Ving Tsun Kung Fu. I am having an extremely hard time relaxing. Everyone keeps saying to relax, but I've been like this for 40 years. Although I am have the relaxation problems I absolutely fell in love with kung fu the first 10 mins of class. Thanks for your video

Yes there are. However, you're abilty to transform into a calm warrior depends upon how much you're willing to put in. Practicing Siu Nim Tao is my first advice. Do you know the form already? I suffer from severe anxiety it’s extremely difficult for me to relax on an individual level every day
