Today I want to talk to you about pain in between your shoulder blades.
Shoulder pain, or interscapular pain, can be caused by a number of common activities. If you incorrectly lift something heavy, pull a muscle while exercising or, more accurately, it can be a side effect of poor posture and patterns of movement that use your muscles in ways that are different than how they were designed to be used. It can also be from more serious conditions like a bulging disc or arthritis.
