Wow. I have only been in pain for a few days, but it was continuous and that bothered me. I found this stretch and it works. For me, the trick is holding the stretch for three seconds or so, then going back to the original position. I do that four or five times in one session, 2 or 3 times a day. Thanks for this.

I hate these stupid titles .. one move instant relief! It’s garbage clickbait. You have no clue as to what the root cause is … everyone is different. Every KZbin so called doctor loves to think their video hold the magic key. It’s all for clicks and views. Not actual pain relief.

Don’t go to a physio, Don’t go to a osteopath how can that help but aggravate the condition.? as I did and was expensive too. FOR ME when I had it the only thing that helped was Co-codamol and Acupuncture. I had sciatica 9 months.

When you say acupuncture, what did they do?
@Paul-11Күн бұрын
@@Epichistoryfacts__ Where the pain went down my leg into my ankle they put 6 little pins in , they turn them slightly after 10 mins, they were in for 20. About 3 sessions. When I walked I couldn’t put my left foot in front of my right,bloody painful. I was 35 at the time had it for 9 months.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. I'm a very active person & have sustained various injuries, engaging in so many risky adventures over the last 40 years that would send most people to the ER. It's a wonder I haven't broken any bones! In short, my last accident at 66 yrs young, while running at a full pace, I tripped over the protruding forks of a very big forklift. This really proved the accumulation of damages ended it all. I don't mask the pain, I now swim a lot. Finding your video was exactly what I was looking for and i am forever grateful I found you. I needed specificity, not in general. What I've experienced so far is amazing relief. Simple, yet effective, my go-to every day! FYI: I was looking forward to your specific exercise for knee joint pain. However, the feed got hijacked by Dr. Brian Paris talking about the exact same subject except he was selling his proprietary cure-all Heal-&-Soothe!

These tend to be click bait for vulnerable people in pain. These videos do not solve the problem. There is usually only temporary relief ( yes even temporary relief is welcome) but a bit disheartening when the pain comes back. The true source of the pain needs to be identified. It is difficult at best. Having recently dealt with this, ice, pain meds, and bed rest gave me the most relief. Time is your enemy but also your friend.

Sciatica is the worst, followed by kidney stones and then dry socket, but you can easily get relief from dry socket. I’ve had all three.

I first met Mr. Sciatica in 1972. No treatment recommended other than heated whirlpool. Granted this was an extremely mild case. As long as I walked a lot and hydrated it was something I have lived with. However, earlier this year Mr. Sciatica grew horns and emerged on the other side. It was bad. My family physician sent me to physical therapy. Ice, heat, lidocaine patching, vibrating massager, ibuprofen and Tylenol. I told her I had 30 OxyContin left over from a simple arthroscopic knee. I never needed one. She said oh I would not recommend narcotics for sciatica. That pissed me off. What pissed me off was that I was having the pain (yes a 10) and she wasn’t. She was a perfect human specimen and I doubt if she had ever had pain. None of the therapies , other than some of the PT, and time have helped. It was 2 weeks before I could get my first appointment at Duke. Thanks for the video.

I injured my hand around 7 weeks ago whilst doing my stretcher work. My right wrist is still sore, though I do have pretty good movement, but only after a couple hours after getting out of bed. I keep it supported in a wrist support glove, which is elastic & and has unrestricted finger operation. I know I've got a TFCC injury because of the pain & is to the outside of my wrist / arm where the little finger is. I've reported this, do mild exercises & can only use paracetamol. My concern is my hand is swollen in the mornings, whichbwears off by midday though I only wear a support bandage at night. Ive to wait anotherv6 weeks for an x--ray then consultantion in the UK. Pain is obvious in the mornings, but it is plain that's its TFCC & not broken! Any ideas on how to work my wrist better as I do exercise, but cannot push up? Thanks for the info. 😊

I tried this once, and did about 10 rounds at one time. I didn't experience much pain while doing it, but when I finished and got up, the pain was much worse and I had to take pain meds right away. I've had sciatica on the other side of my body in the past, so I know what sciatica feels like. This time, I have it on the other side of the body. I won't try this exercise again.

New Zealand, February 2024, it's the weekend and impossible to see a doctor at the hospital, and the 24-hour medical clinic is so expensive. I did exactly what you did and got instant relief after having very little sleep if any at all of two days of pain. I had viewed a few videos before coming across this one that I so appreciate, thank you so much.

This past week was the second time in the last few years that I was blessed to have the benefit of your recommended movement for relieving sciatic pain. In both instances, it took less than 24 hours and several sessions of the movement to get virtually complete relief. Now in my 80s and dealing with chronic back pain for more than 50 years, numerous practitioners have recommended a wide variety of exercises to relieve pain, but none of them came within a country mile of the relief you have made possible. It must be truly gratifying to know that you have relieved so much pain in the lives of other. Like them, my appreciation is boundless.
