Wow! Actually easy and simple AND looks really good! Personally, I am not a fan of ENB as I often have issues with performance and occasionally problems with installation, but even without it I think it still looks awesome! Maybe an ENB-less remaster next?

Great video! This is pretty much my current modlist, but I use Simplicity of Sea and Happy Little Trees instead. I also use the Complex Parallax Materials textures addon for Skyland AIO and Skyland Bits and Bobs.

Looks beautiful indeed, but have you seen Horizon Forbidden West's Water ? I think that's actually the best water in a "real" game. (Yeah I know unreal has a better fluid system but we haven't got a game with it yet)

@@CaptPanda here is an actual overhaul with ten mods - Skoglendi - Traverse the Ulvenwald - Fantasia Landscapes - Skyland all in one - Skyland Bits and bobs - Oridnator - Apocalypse, magic of skyrim - Unofficial Skyrim Special edition patch - SKSE64 - Immersive sound compendium There. You just patched almost all bugs from the game and made it look and feel like it came out on 2022. Sorry but your recommendations contain way too much flavour and fluff and the large majority of people who are still playing skyrim will never touch an ENB anyway since you basically need a 3070 and 5 7600X or above to have the game run at a playable framerate.

I played a few thousands of hours of Skyrim pretty much full vanilla, though I just started new playthrough with a few mods such as ordinator and unofficial patch but that's pretty much it.

That's a nice and short graphics list, but... no DynDoLod? You can shove as many texture and mesh overhauls into a modlist as you want, but the game will still use vanilla billboards and models unless you use DynDoLod to create new billboads from your enabled modlist.

Wanted to add DynDOLOD but was thinking it’s more in the advance side, while the title of this video states “Easy and Simple”. The challenge was also “10” mods (even tho I cheated and have 11 mods without the requirements) I’ll do a more in depth video soon :)

@@CaptPanda That's understandable, i haven't modded skyrim on PC in years so maybe my memory is a little poor, but i don't remember DynDoLod being particularly complicated. Of course, explaining how to use DynDoLod in a video is a different matter than just knowing it from memory. Excited to see a vid about it! I'm guessing DynDoLod has only gotten better over the years, and not more complicated?

Uhh, enb isn't only thing with adnaced stuff anymore. There is a mod that does everything enb does but unlike enb it doesn't hog system resources. I think it's called community shaders... anyway latest addons made community shaders incredible. When it comes to resoution of textures you use i said it more than once: use all replacers with the same resolution to preserve perfomance so you don't have to chose between visual quality and performnce, you get balance of both. When it comes to grass and tree mods my advice: be carfull with them because they also can hog alot of system resources and it's easy to install one that might have heavy hit on performance.

Basically how to make a small manual version of Eldergleam...So We can choose and make our own manual lightweight Eldergleam version to use and build upon....Plz that would be really helpful for us low-mid spec pc users...I really really liked the visuals,npcs and beauty of your Eldergleam modlist but I assume it might be too heavy for my 6gb vram gpu...So if you have any free time plz consider...

I know you say it's simple and easy but I'm 5 hours into moding as a newbie(ish) and I'm only on the rocks lmao. This is a web of mods and each mod needs 5 additional ones to work, but then some of their descriptions say don't install with an enb. I would love an intermediate guide on how to mod, or just a tutorial of this list?

as stated on the mod page, ERM is NOT compatible with Majestic Mountains. deal breaker.

They both do the same thing differently. ERM is simply meshes making it more compatible, has no plugins and doesn't require patches. That being said you can always install Majestic mountains instead of ERM.

Like what Tomato mentioned, they do the same thing but differently. Which is why it’s not compatible with one another. Imagine Majestic Mountains enhancing mountains of Skyrim then ERM doing the same thing.. of course it won’t be compatible. I recommend ERM more because of how much more compatible it is with other landscape retexture mods. Majestic Mountains forces you to use Majestic landscapes or a landscape mod that is built for it (from what I know there is only 1 other mod that has a MM patch)

@@CaptPanda i have a pretty limited load order (170 plugins, 415 total mods) that i've been using for over a year. my landscapes include Skyland AIO, Fantasia Landscapes, Realistic Water 2, Fabled Forests (mythic version) and Majestic Mountains. these work great on my over 4 year old gaming laptop with a 2070. i guess i was just curious to see if i could add anything to it, although my current mod list is perfect as it is. i prefer performance over graphics and get a steady framerate with this setup.

Quest markers pointing into the sky, garbage new items, and lazy implementation for starting these so-called 'quests'. Oh, here comes the courier.. what's this? A note... Oh, here's a note on a tavern counter I've never seen before.... Go here, do a thing, here's your new content! Wow, an unimpressive ugly armor set or garbage weapon that I wouldn't have purchased for free on the Creation Club! Thanks Bethesda! Oh joy, useless pets to lug around the useless junk I certainly don't need that you forced upon me thanks again Bethesda! I have three incomplete quests right now in my journal that I can't complete because after reading the note, the quest marker is 3000+ feet up into the sky, and using TCL commend I can't even reach the marker because it is beyond the games actual ceiling! I'm SOOOOO glad I "upgraded" to this new level of incompetency. So, making my game look good is the least of my concerns, I just want a semi-functional game.... gift wrapping a turd won't fix this Bethesda product.

I love your mod showcases, but I find the title of this one a bit misleading, sorry. "REMASTER Skyrim with 10 Mods! (Easy and Simple)" ... and the first mod (the ENB) alone has 8 other mods and 2 other requirements which must be installed before that one. The second one - the parallax - is even more complicated. You get a near endless string of requirements... I am really, really new to modding and there is - therefore - a lot I do not yet quite understand. ENBs and parallax are among these things I do not (yet) have in my modlist, because I found it far too complicated as a beginner. That is why I certainly would not call this compilation "easy and simple". IMHO a really "easy and simple" list means easy for an absolute beginner ... and it should consist of mods with next to no requirements. Yes, the result is certainly not as breathtaking, but honestly as a beginner to modding I am happy when I see results and get a fresh feeling to the game. Perhaps you could showcase something like this in a future video? Some mods without requirements, easy to install even for an absolute newbie?

There are mods for that too! You can basically turn Skyrim combat into a god of war style system. I have it downloaded rn. Animations are by far the most difficult thing to get to work properly but once you do it can really change the whole game
