Hi thanks for watching and for the question, dents like this are around £195-£245+vat GBP depending on the severity of the dent

Excellent work buddy. When you're using a hard tipped tool to remove the dent does is not mark the inside of the door? I know manufacturers normally coat the inside of the door with cavity wax as it gets wet from rain water and washing. Just thinking about the possibility of future corrosion from the inside-out?

Thanks for watching Craig. Some very sharp tipped tools can mark the inside of the panel, but not in this case. E coat or etch primer can be applied if this does happen, but it’s very unlikely that it does if repaired properly. You’ll be surprised how many new cars don’t have cavity wax on the whole of the inside of the panels, it’s only common in older cars

@@craigf5536 no problem. Depending on the location on the bodyline and the severity of the dent it can range from £145-£245+vat, sometimes we have to remove the door card as not all are accessible through the locking latch

Hi thanks for watching. It will depend where your dent is exactly, an inner beam runs all the way across the bodyline in side there, so yes, if your dent is where the one on the video is, there is a beam you have to navigate round

Hi, we get the panel temperature on aluminium panels at 29 degrees to work it, this is the same for glue pulling and pushing. Compared to steel panels at around 21 degrees
