I just got a PDR kit today. I have plenty of areas to practice on before trying on my own vehicle so wish me luck! Thank you for teaching us here on YT.

HI Myke! Awesome work, I really appreciate it. PDR is something magic definitely! I do remove dent and restore watches gold and stainless steel to original condition. and I use to treat the dent a bamboo point into a metal tube ,work very well, did you tried wood points on your tap tools?
@robertfontaine36503 ай бұрын
People are so quick to go for the body filler. This is such a better way to start. Do what you can with the metal before anything else.

Would it be easier to remove a dent like that with hot glue?
@denttime Жыл бұрын
Thanks for the question Dudley. IT’s subjective. I went to tool it since the factory hole had perfect access. To me, pushing is faster than glue pulling.. especially when it comes to the set up time.

Another question have you ever had a dent that you couldn't get all the way out? And if you did what do you tell the customer?
@denttime Жыл бұрын
Absolutely. It actually happens quite often on much bigger and complex dents. I always advise the client ahead of time it may not be successful spending on the extent and circumstances.
