Man thank you so much. Ive got a 79 bronco and I kinda fuxked the wheel up with the tool but I've looked everywhere on tips and I'm gonna try this. Mine is stuck on hard. Thank you for this

Try some WD-40.

@TerenceDIY I gave it a try and after some pulling I got it off! Thank you so much man. And are the steering wheel bolts supposed to be hard to thread all the way down I can't quite get mine over half way
