Terence, I like how you actually show the full real time hard parts during your video. Most just cut that part out and say, "So we removed that part and moving forward now." I have never watched a video and been rooting for someone to get a part in place until your great full fight being shown. I am now going to attempt to replace mine. Thanks a million and keep it up.

Just wondering if you remove the cat would it be a lot easier to remove the mount or easier to pull out?
@TerenceDIY Жыл бұрын
If you're talking about dropping the exhaust, it would help a little because you'll be able to raise the engine a little more.

it looks like the jack that supported the motor was removed before the work was done?

Hi Paul, I was using one of these Good Year air impacts at the time (link below). @@TerenceDIY Thank you. I ended up deciding to remove the power steering pump to get better access. I'm impressed you were able to get the old mount out and new one back in with the limited room!

Great video....what's the symptoms of a bad mount??

You can actually feel the motor lifting up during takeoff (you can hear a thump). It's very obvious. Thanks for watching.

@@TerenceDIY hey bro one more thing...hopefully u can assist... So Ive been having a issue where my abs and stabilitrack light has been coming on..and changed out the front hubs right after I started getting binding on my front left brakes... My conclusion is the abs module is bad... So I bought one..my question is can I install and drive with that part or must I get it programmed after installing??? Also any advice on my issue??
@TerenceDIY Жыл бұрын
@@mark1john , yep you can install it without being programmed. The few times I have installed them, after driving for a while, the system reads them by default. However, the abs and stabilitrak light can also be triggered by a sensor on the shock and air pump. Mines is currently doing it. I will be fixing it soon.

Just remove the top nuts on the bracket. 15mm nut x 2. You'll need to wedge it in there after you rotate it to Access the top bolts. Just take a picture before on new bracket, mark it so it doesn't get bolted upside down.
