It is Thursday July 27th, 2023 and I'm here to let you all know that I just tried this today and it absolutely worked...In 2 washes. The first was with white vinegar inwhich I let those whites turned pink soak for 2 hours in warm water. I then madded some detergent and washed as usual. The second wash was with bleach only. I let them soak for 5 minutes then washed as usual. They became all white again. No kidding yall😅 Thanks for sharing this info. 🙏 It saved me loads. No pun intended 😊

I tried this with bleach and soap (not the liquid form) and soaked my then again white shirt in a Tupperware bowl and occasionally scrubbed it. It worked, thank God.

Boil your clothes with water and egg shells. It will take the red/pink color right out. You might have to do it more than once.

Heads up - You definitely need non chlorine bleach. White vinegar alone didn't work. I washed a green hoodie with white tees and socks and it didnt come out after a 60degree wash with white vinegar and a bit of detergent

So I did a big dumb dumb and added some colour clothes with my whites and I wear a lot of white.... But I found that leaving the white clothes in a sink of cold water and about 40ml of bleach helped most. I did this multiple times for a couple of hours each time until the pink has nearly gone completely ! First pour the water, then mix in the bleach and add the clothes. The bleach I used was nothing special but on it, it had instructions for using it with white clothes so I grabbed it !

If you repeat the process enough times, you can remove all the dye (including the clothing's original colour) and then be left with a white piece of clothing. Now, if the clothing was already, let's say, green, then you can dye it green again yourself :) Essentially what I'm saying is, take out ALL the colour (the stains and original colour) and then redye it to a colour you want again :)

I have a question about mixing light grey and white as I don't have a lot of light/white clothing and I find it hard to fill the washing machine up? The reality is that it is ruined (not perfect anymore) as it is. Trying the method here is better than nothing. There are also commercial run removers which are designed for mixed colours, but give these methods a try first!

These didn't work and it wanted my time: a lot of bleach, vinegar, baking soda, lemon. I think the only thing that works is putting it in washing machine using extremely hot water 90 degrees Celsius.

Mixing Vinegar with Baking soda is a mistake, you are making Sodium Acetate. I would suggest leave the clothes in Hot/Warm water with Vinegar during the night, and in the morning remove the clothes, mix Baking Soda with Detergent, and use that 2nd mix in the Washing Machine
