There’s nothing better than listening to someone talk interestingly and informatively about their passion. I’ve never cleaned a window in my life but I’m for sure following this channel.

as somebody who worked as a construction worker around windows with most of those materials. its crazy to hear how some people leave it, we had a very strict rule about keeping the windows / doors completly clean.

I like to spread a painters drop cloth under the windows I clean, especially if carpet is present. In addition, if the interior is painted with a flat or eggshell finish you will not be able to clean up any dirty water that drips onto the wall. You will smear it permanently into the paint requiring repainting. Satin and semi-gloss sheens typically wipe down easy but I don't take a chance. I place a full length rolled up towel on the window sill to absorb the moisture and gunk as it rolls off the window during cleaning.

Hi, Thanks for all your vid's. Here in Australia our newly constructed homes have tinted glass. How would you recommend cleaning that debris from tinted windows. Thanks in advance.

How do you clean old exterior oxidation? I use a fine steel wool. I'm a professional window tinter res/com and sometimes do window cleaning for extra income. I would like your thoughts on this question since this is what you do full time. Thanks

Cleaned construction windows interior/ exterior for miles in the 90's. Having flashbacks of the smell of goof off and goo gone. Drywallers always peeing in Snapple bottles. Slashed my hand once when I had the stupid habit keeping the razor in my back pocket. Don't do that LOL.
