Hello, beautiful Peta! I'm doing this series right these days. But this is my second year of doing your excercises every day. So I can FEEL my muscles on my face. :) It works wonderfully!!!! My nose has changed which is my best result. :) But really, my whole face becomes more and more lifted. Ladies, don't give up, because it makes really fantastic changes on your face! amazing!!! thank you soo much!! I can see frowning is bad learned muscle habit. I can feel tension and back of head, where the neck vertebrae meets the head. it feels a lit if tension comes from the back there. maybe bad postures

Hi 😊 I hope this message finds you well. I LOVE your face exercises on KZbin. Today I was watching the frown line exercise, as I do have visible 11's. However, I cant do the exercises the way you show. The reason is this. Unfortunately, over 2 years ago I suffered a horrendous accident which has left me with only being able to use 1 hand. So is there another way I could exercise my 11's with using just 1 hand? I look forward to hearing from you. Please stay safe and well

Hi Peta, thank you for sharing your work. I have been practising this exercise, though I notice my forehead lines crinkle up a lot while I'm doing this, especially on one side. Any advice?

With this program you must be doing a full face routine, if you don’t, you run the risk of causing more sagging and wrinkling of the skin. This is because the program is a very strong exercise program. Everything, along with the Exercise Along With Me videos are in the playlists on this channel. Make sure to work thru the series as instructed starting from Series 1 to Series 6. When you get to Series 6 (if there is not a new series) start at Series 1 again and move thru the program again. Hi Audreyin, I am a gym member, I have been with Peta for over 2 years, we all have areas of concern on our faces, just keep doing the program, keep at it, you will see results, Peta has a program, if we follow the program just as Peta tells us, we can achieve wonderful results. The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Peta also has a beautiful skin care range, which can be found on her internet website under renew me. We also do face yoga, this gives us extra lift, we do it 12 hours from when we do the exercises. Eg. If we do the exercises in the morning we do yoga in the evening. The yoga is found on youtube facerobics yoga. It is recommended that we start facerobics around the age of 30 years. Dear peta want to know as I start following ur series and now this my 3 series like one and half month me above 50 and see some change on my face thanks for ur guidance so sensiorly I believe in u and not doing any thing like before I follow different people so my eye lid is dropy and have Laughlin’s lose so can I do more for that focus I need to fix can I do extra exersize so plz guide me what I do thanks

Hello Peta! (My name is Eliza and I am using my brother's. ID to comment) Sorry to hear about your struggle with depression. You are very brave. I commented on one of your video about my nasolobial folds because of doing cheek lifter Individually and my age being 18. I just wanted to ask, what if I want to follow the program properly this time will help me get rid of them. I know you've instructed to do facial massage two times a week. But is following the program dangerous for early age??? I read on SELF about different dermtologists opinions on facial exercises, one of them said that doing facial exercises can actually trigger wrinkles early. Would love 💘 to hear 🙉 your thoughts on this. I am really sad about my wrinkles. ☹

Hi Peta! I wanted to know your opinion on something. You often say that we should exercise the whole face instead of one muscle group. But how about when we unintentionally exercise certain muscles much more than others throughout the day? Recently, I started doing oil pulling. Basically it's done by swishing coconut oil inside the mouth for around 15-20 minutes. This is a long time and could be considered exercise for the jaw muscles. I want to continue oil pulling because it has benefited me in multiple ways but I'm worried about overexercising my jaw, which can have it's own problems. I don't want this muscle to pull down my face as a result. Also, oil pulling isn't the only thing that a person can do daily that may overexercise specific muscles. Many people end up starting at a screen for hours at a time, whether it's a computer or smartphone screen. This habit can also unintentionally exercise certain muscles of the face. In fact, in my case, I'm starting to get frown lines but the frown line on one side is a lot more pronounced than the one on the other side. I'm not sure how I can correct this muscle imbalance. But I can imagine that some muscles will need more attention than others. Plus I don't know how to remove muscle tone on some areas where it's already too much and prevent excessive muscle tone from forming on one area from practices such as oil pulling. Do you have any recommendations? Thank you!

Yes this is a problem when you are doing my full face routines. If you are doing oil pulling, 15-20 mins is too much anyway, and I am pretty certain that most people would not be able to do that. I guess if you are getting muscle imbalances from oil pulling you need to either stop doing it or cut it down to 5 minutes and also be aware of your facial muscles and what they are doing.

What happened to the updates for Series 5? I see the playlist for the Update 2019 for Series 4 and then it jumps to Series 6. Does Series 5 not need updates?

Peta, I started your exercise program a week ago and I can't thank you enough for the differences I can see already! However, I have a very bulbous nose and am wondering if there's a specific exercise you would recommend to reduce the bulbousness. Additionally, is it possible to make one's nostrils more circular? Mine are elongated and flare out when I smile, and it's quite bothersome. Thank you!

Sure wish Peta had an exercise for deep lines on each side of my nose directly even with corner of my eye. It shows when I smile or laugh. Yuck.😒

Hi Ann I am a gym member, I have been with Peta for over 2 years, we all have areas of concern on our faces, just keep doing the program and things will improve. Peta has a program, if we follow the program just as Peta tells us, we can achieve wonderful results. Here is the program: The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the a massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Peta also has a beautiful skin care range, which can be found on her internet website under renew me. We also do face yoga, this gives us extra lift, we do it 12 hours from when we do the exercises. Eg. If we do the exercises in the morning we do yoga in the evening. The yoga is found on you tube facerobics yoga. It is recommended that we start facerobics around the age of 30 years.
