amazing!!! thank you soo much!! I can see frowning is bad learned muscle habit. I can feel tension and back of head, where the neck vertebrae meets the head. it feels a lit if tension comes from the back there. maybe bad postures

However, I cant do the exercises the way you show. The reason is this. Unfortunately, over 2 years ago I suffered a horrendous accident which has left me with only being able to use 1 hand. The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Peta also has a beautiful skin care range, which can be found on her internet website under renew me. We also do face yoga, this gives us extra lift, we do it 12 hours from when we do the exercises. I commented on one of your video about my nasolobial folds because of doing cheek lifter Individually and my age being 18. I just wanted to ask, what if I want to follow the program properly this time will help me get rid of them. I know you've instructed to do facial massage two times a week. But is following the program dangerous for early age??? I read on SELF about different dermtologists opinions on facial exercises, one of them said that doing facial exercises can actually trigger wrinkles early. Would love 💘 to hear 🙉 your thoughts on this. I am really sad about my wrinkles. ☹

Hi Peta! I wanted to know your opinion on something. You often say that we should exercise the whole face instead of one muscle group. But how about when we unintentionally exercise certain muscles much more than others throughout the day? Recently, I started doing oil pulling. Basically it's done by swishing coconut oil inside the mouth for around 15-20 minutes. This is a long time and could be considered exercise for the jaw muscles. I want to continue oil pulling because it has benefited me in multiple ways but I'm worried about overexercising my jaw, which can have it's own problems. I don't want this muscle to pull down my face as a result. Also, oil pulling isn't the only thing that a person can do daily that may overexercise specific muscles. Many people end up starting at a screen for hours at a time, whether it's a computer or smartphone screen. This habit can also unintentionally exercise certain muscles of the face. In fact, in my case, I'm starting to get frown lines but the frown line on one side is a lot more pronounced than the one on the other side. I'm not sure how I can correct this muscle imbalance. But I can imagine that some muscles will need more attention than others. Plus I don't know how to remove muscle tone on some areas where it's already too much and prevent excessive muscle tone from forming on one area from practices such as oil pulling. Do you have any recommendations? Thank you!

Yes this is a problem when you are doing my full face routines. If you are doing oil pulling, 15-20 mins is too much anyway, and I am pretty certain that most people would not be able to do that. I guess if you are getting muscle imbalances from oil pulling you need to either stop doing it or cut it down to 5 minutes and also be aware of your facial muscles and what they are doing.

Peta, I started your exercise program a week ago and I can't thank you enough for the differences I can see already! However, I have a very bulbous nose and am wondering if there's a specific exercise you would recommend to reduce the bulbousness. Additionally, is it possible to make one's nostrils more circular? Mine are elongated and flare out when I smile, and it's quite bothersome. Thank you!
