I would ad a "black out" process to your primer before you block it out. To helps you determin when all the high and lows are smooth.

I am getting ready to use your galvanizing film on some brackets and I was wondering if there was anything special I need to do to them before we apply the film. So far I have acid dipped the brackets and cad plated them, I was told that this is the way they had been done before with the same film. Do you have any tips for me? Thank you

On this texture could you sandblast then epoxy. Sand epoxy, and base coat it.

Im going to try and dip a guitar body in two dips, can anyone tell me if after dipping the front should i clear it then tape it before i dip the back ?
