didnt read through all of the comments. . . But at the Dealership we actually refer to that part as a bumper closeout panel. what you can do if you have a Sport or Sport S . is thke them off and order the ones either through Mopar or Quadratec for the Rubicon with the plastic bumper and bolt them on. . Gives a nice finished look and protects the fog light and wiring. part numbers are 6KL10RXFAA and 6KL11RXFAA

It’s called a front bumper end cap closure panel. I recently put on 35” wheels on my 2019 wrangler JL unlimited Sport. I do have a 2.5” suspension lift so I was surprised that theyre rubbing against this stupid panel. I was just going to remove it but the wires would be exposed. I recently saw a blog where someone cleanly cut flush with the bumper to allow the clearance, so I went that route, since I’ve searched up and down looking for a cover to go over the wires only in lieu of this stupid end cap flare piece and can’t find a thing. Hoping these aftermarket companies come out with some sort of cover for the stock bumper, but for now, it looks great and no more rubbing!

Rob says in the video “please leave comments below for us to respond” and yet they’ve not come back and answered this question. How’s come? I got looking at a Sahara today on the back side of the bumper there, and see there’s a plastic shield that clips into place to cover up the lights and such, BUT it appears to be a different shape and will most likely not fit on the Sport bumper.
