Nice video! The voiceover is a nice addition. Personally though I prefer using a sharpie and writing my name on the back. Chances are, if it does get lost, no one is ever going to check within the software - but they will easily spot the marker.

How can CERMASTR brick your calculator? I get that you can change the minimum OS, but is it something to do with the "Unknown" fields? I changed the values of the "Unknown" fields on CEmu and got nothing [OS 5.3.0 BOOT CODE 5.1.5].

Yes, do not change the unknown fields on a physical calculator. I don't even know everything that can go wrong, but you could make your calculator unbootable. One time I got CEmu stuck in an endless exam mode.

Oh my God! Edit: Noticed another thing: If I changed the last character (normally a 00) of the machine name, the calculator's name shows extra characters like "vM _n_ ⇩vs".

Not that I know of however, it's best if you leave it be to avoid any potential issues.

Love the video it was great!!! Think that you could continue with the stop motion animation it was great as well I like both videos and subbed I have a KZbin channel also and I do odd things like stop motion animation. A tip for next time would be to use stop motion animation studio and change the settings to 15 FPS or frames per second.

Heh, thanks for subscribing! I saw a few of your stop motions, they're pretty neat. Thanks for those tips too, I'm not likely to release a stop motion any time soon though, that one was just to crudely show off some of the features of the garbage truck. As you can probably tell, I dedicate my channel mostly to calculators. :P

They could, but the number of people who: 1. Know how to send a program to the calculator And 2. Know you can change the name in the first place Is extremely small.

I'm running 5.8.0.0022 and CERMASTER closes (crashes?) as soon as I open it. (I've got clibs and cesium installed and I'm able to run other apps I've downloaded.) Is this a known issue?
