Finally some said what we all wanted to know. The process is so intricate to create the screen which is why it's as expensive as a new TV, so buy a new TV if your screen is broke, donate the TV for parts or sell them. Thank you

Cool video by the way. Being an Electrical Engineering student, I always wanted to see the inside of the LCD of a modern TV. Unfortunately, I did in less than desirable reasons... I broke my tv/monitor being an idiot with Excel, accidentally throwing my mouse at the tv, and now I need a new one. Certainly cracked the LCD. I wanted to look if there was any possible repair... but no, I'm gonna be using a 2008 27 inch tv as my monitor for a while.
