I just repaired my fan remote control with ButtonWorx. It only took me 5 minutes and it works great!!! Better than it ever was …. I am very impressed. I would give 5 stars!!! Thanks for putting together this video. I wished I had this long long time ago. I love it that I don’t’ need to buy another control and trash the old one to be in the landfill/(electronics recycle if lucky). Much more economical too!!!

Thanks! I didn't have a membrane to install, but followed your directions and cleaned the connectors. My remote is working like new!

that's also what I do, take it apart and clean the contacts. The cleaning only lasts so long so you you have to do the same later.

How do you open the case to get to the buttons

David, follow the video, two screws on the outside case and one smaller screw on the inside.
