Thanks to you, I fixed it in less than a minute! Found a full sized pencil and marble in that tube at the base of the vacuum. Saved me a trip to the vacuum repair store...thanks!

Thanks for you help, my dyson didn't have the suction it once it and it wasn't picking up, just moving the trash around. Checked the base plate as per the suggestion in the video and it was clogged up. Unclogged it, and works like new. Thanks again!

can you remove a dc04 handle from the stem

replace the filters, and open the 3 screws under the vacuum to access the belt and brush, there might be a blockage there.

I found a pencil also!..and a piece of plastic, screws, ....etc.
