How to repair LED SMD light Bulb easily at home only with solder

IMHO. This is a short term fix. By removing and bridging the affected LED's you will end up driving the older LED's harder, causing them to shine brighter, shorten their life, and burn out also. In the large bulb probably ok, but in the smaller bulb removing 3 will definitely cause a problem. Remember the reason the LED's burnt out in the first place, is typically a bad power supply, driving the LED's to hard.

I confess what u said. Basically, LED bulbs are designed with non-isolated buck LED driver and using power MOSFET. In another word,they are controlling the current(some ICs like BP9916 which u can google it). To reduce further burning risk u SHOULD increase "Rcs" on the board

This will burns another leds one by one by time because you have to compensate that led with resistor?
