In this video I show you how to replace a fiber washer in an overhead cascade type shower head that has two elbow bends along it's arm. Leaks along these elbow are common but really easy to fix with the proper washer.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! I pulled my thingy apart and couldn't work out how it went back on, it looked simple but I couldn't figure out where the rubber bit went. I spend almost half an hour searching online for the answer before i clicked on your Video. THANK YOU! I was paying attention to what I was doing, but i just forgot in which order everything went. Thank you for just doing a simple video :)

Great! My problem is a falling adjustable shower arm so I think swapping out the fibre ‘friction’ washers might be the right solution!

@@thomasverner4717 Yes and no! it stopped falling but theres about three other washers in the arm and started leaking. Very fiddly repair!

Problem is I cannot source the washer for my shower head. Bunnings won't stock washers " not enough $ money in it for them

where did you find and purchase replacement fiber washers and rubber gaskets? I found a miscellaneous Peerless brand package at Walmart for around $3.00. Neither Home Depot or Lowe's had them available.
