I wish you made this video 17 yrs ago. I had to have a regulator changed on my 1999 Suburban. There was a small rust spot on the cable and it finally ate through the steel cable and it broke. Damn if I had known it was this easy I would have done it myself. Do you think you can refund me the cost to make up for posting your video so late in life? I mean I needed this info 17 yrs ago. Did I miss it, or do you have to something with the glass itself? Does it need to be propped up or what? We got our door panel off...Didn't peel off all the plastic yet in case we don't attempt this. I can see a black plastic casing attached to a wire that does move, but nothing happens....It is stuck down. It is a 2004. only 112k, should we do the whole motor and regulator, or just the regulator since the motor seems to work (well, it makes noise like it works!)

Didn’t show all the screws locations. Control panel has screw that you get from to inside of panel on mine but I broke it cause I pulled it like he did.
